Hey guys im looking to get my evo 8 into some nice coilovers. i want them asap but i dont really have much money to spend with my car payments. and i know everyone says you get what you pay for but i just want a good cheap set of coils anyone know a good brand? i was looking at the meagan street and i hear they are not bad but even they are a little pricey for me. so any help guys would be great thanks. as long as they handle better than stock i would be happy
What's your actual budget? If megans are out if your price range, you're not going to find any decent coilover that you can afford unless you can get a good deal on a used set. Why not go for the mr bilstien/swift or gtworx spring combo? Is there a reason you specifically want coilovers?
Megan coilovers aren't too bad. Since your on a budget you might want to look into some used coilovers. What exactly is your price range on getting them?
Are you dead set on getting coilovers? Would you be okay with a lowering spring and shock combo? Is your car your DD or are you gonna be tracking it/drag/auto-x?
