Good luck with this one. I think you got received some very good advice from the previous posters on what you should do next. Don't drag your feet on it either!

It's in process. Thing is I liked the shop. I just can't figure out why they are so hard to find/get a hold of.

Whelp got the car back. They had 5 weeks to do 3 weeks of work with 2 weeks of that being done by Shep. Car hadn't even been looked at. Guess it just wasn't my.... uh 5 weeks...

Anyone have any shops they'd recommend in either the Pensacola area, or in the San Antonio area?

If you can get it up to Bham, I'd take it to MPFab. I guess it depends on what you need done.

Definitely sounds like a group of bums, I don't trust anyone with my car unless I get to know them personally... Outside of that I take care of **** myself.

What was suppose to get done? Yeah, see if there is a local forum in that area that deals with that shop. Call the shop at different times (every hour) of the day. Call local authorities to see if that business is still running. If nothing happens by Friday, call insurance company/BBB..
