I was looking at the bumper and it looks like there is a lip on the bumper. If so, can this be easily taken off?

Well i was looking at the bottom part of the bumper. You can see a line where it meets. Not sure if thats a lip or not? Its obvious to me that its not ALL one piece since i can nudge it a bit, but i was wondering if this piece can be taken off because i want to get it repainted.

 

No, the evo viii front bumper DOES have a front lip as it detaches from the bumper. I'll take pics of my damaged piece tomorrow.

it does have a front lip , small but there's a lip there
