I have a question about this oil. I managed to find some but I was wondering, if it's 0W-30, won't it just burn off in the car? Factory recommends 10W at least. For those that use 0W Castrol in their car, does it burn off or is it pretty solid? Winter is coming up and I was planning on getting lighter oil for the season but I don't want it to just burn off before the first snow hits.

It's also currently on sale so I would like to know before the sale ends.

 

I have been running that exact oil for the past 10,000 now and the car seems to like it. Granted I say that with not much to back it up, considering I have yet to have the oil analyzed. But to answer your question, my car has not been eating oil so you should be good to go.
