Hey I posted this in the drivetrain section but didnt get a response so ill try here. I have the Stage 2 Cerametallic Clutch from Exedy looks like this

Exedy doesnt offer a replacement disc for this model of clutch and I was wondering if I can just by an ACT disc to replace it

 

did you call exedy, their tech support has been pretty good.

the web site says that it is a sprung hub, but I don't see any springs. an unsprung ceramic is going to be pretty rough
we don't have any idea how long it lasted for you but if the answer is not long the general wisdom is bit the bullet now and get an exedy twin
I am also curious about the carbonetics clutch, but I have not see enough info yet.

The disc was in great condition and was barely worn I accidently cracked it taking it out though or I would have kept it in there. Im just wondering if I can use an ACT disc like the one you pictured and use the exedy pressure plate. It would save me from buying the whole kit as all I need is a new disc. Thanks for the help in advance
