Well I got an 03 Apex Silver in great condition for 15k. It had 59k and was the original owner with all documentation on the car. It has a Works tune, 3in TBE, and intake. Search around till you find the right one. It took me around 6 months.

I bought my 03 about 6 months ago with 47k and I paid a little over 16 with some aftermarket mods. Price def needs to come down a bit.

Single owner is a good thing. Millage seems fine. You should be able to get it for significantly less money. I know needing new tires isnt a deal breaker but there is another 600 bucks. It all adds up. You mention BOV...do you happen to know the details on this? If it is VTA then the car may have stalling issues, but more importantly I think is that the owner is clearly not as educated on the car, thus a little hesitant to purchase the car. Good luck nonetheless.

hard to say man. depends on how rare they are where you are, how clean the car is, how well it was maintained. There are many variables to consider when purchasing a car.

I'd say wait if you can't get it for under 17. That's alot of money for an 03.
