Clutch Grind when going incline

Hey guys,

I've been having clutch grind when going incline for a while now. The clutch does not grind when i engage in flat surface. However, when i go incline i.e. ( driveway) it grinds going up in 1st. What can this problem be? I've own the car for about 8 months and the problem was there when i bought the car but i didn't know if it was normal or not. It's starting to irritate me and i would like to get it fixed. Any help will be great.

Clutch is
6 puck Act with 10.5 flywheel.
installed by previous owner.

Go on a totaly flat surface, put it in first gear, put foot all the way down on the clutch (disengaged).

Take your foot off the brake, if you are on a flat surface, the car will not move.

Make sure the car is warm, and rev the car close to redline, and see if the car moves.

If the car moves, now your foot is pushed all the way down so clutch should be disengaged, your clutch is dragging and needs to be adjusted.

Start there.

I think I have this same issue. Only notice it happens after I have been on a slope/incline. When I have put it in neutral then back into gear and start taking off, the car lunges and grinds a bit then it's fine. The grind noise is similar to if you don't have it in gear properly but the thing is, the car doesn't stall or go out of gear. Just grinds and take off as per normal. Has happened in reverse gear to. Not as harsh as 1st gear though. Apart from this, car drives smooth and gear changes are fine. A grind noise is never good though.
