Last couple weeks I've been feeling a slight hesitation or pulsating from the car when cruisung at 60-65 mph. This is not happening all the time but only in the same section of road. Cruising at 60-65 everything is fine, road starts to decline and I feel a slight hesitation or pulsating? Give it just a little throttle everything fine, stomp it everything fine. Seems to be only happening in downhill situations. Car is tuned on a Mustang and lightly modded. My lap top is down so I don't hae a way to log. Any feedback?

 

I would start looking at the simple stuff like spark plugs and maybe clean the MAF sensor..

 

Yeah thanks I'll check the plugs, thinking maybe it's the fuel pump but the car idles and runs fine driving it easy or hard. Just recently it started, driving along fine for miles at 60-65 and then the slight pulsation or hestation and always happens in the same section of road which starts a slight decline.

 

Sure its just not drive-train related? I know these cars make a bunch of noise if you let off at certain speeds and will kinda jerk a bit. Just an idea, not sure exactly what else would cause it if the car is running fine all the other times.

 

Yeah, I'm use to the drive train and jerking when letting off. I'm not letting off the throttle at all, same position. I'll be driving for miles fine, road goes from flat to a small downhill, motor feels like it hestitating a little, like it's not happy with that throttle position. Bugging the crap out of me.
