Hey,

I was searching through old threads and found a few mentions of a legalized red TME in Virginia and I wanted to ask if anyone knew the owner's forum tag or e-mail. I wanted to ask him about the process he took without wasting everyone else's time with a thread asking how to do it effectively. I've read all the NHTSA and EPA files and forms I could find, but I still have questions for someone whose experienced the process.

I was going to bump an old thread since I know I'm going to get flamed for a new post, but I got flamed earlier for bumping a thread that was apparently too old, so I don't care anymore. Can everyone that's just going to complain about this thread please move on.
