lmao... shop pay for the damages my ***... don't know where u dyno ur car at but at titan they make u sign a waiver stating that they are not liable for any damages that may occur during the tuning process... so goodluck getting any $$ from that...

 

I am taking a wild guess here, but look at the front wheel...towards the end of the run it looks like the driver of the car jerked the steering wheel a bit to the left causing this accident to happen

Additionally, the rear straps didnt look mounted on right, who knows...

 

that was exactly what i was thinking.....any place i have went that was the first paper i was given before they even touched the car

 

From your engine, trans, TC and such letting go yea.

Certainly not from your car jumping off the dyno because it was not properly strapped down.

That is 100% on the shop. The dyno waiver isn't for flat out stupidity. The tie downs they were using on the back are WAY under rated for what they are using them for, they are too short and linked together using two short ones per side. I'd assume there were either no straps on the front or two little ones and one snapped.

Shop full of dumb sasses right there.

Customer should be compensated 100%.
