For those of you whose states require your OBD II to be hooked up to a computer for emissions testing, is there anyway to get around this with an aftermarket EMS (Such as the Power FC, AEM EMS, etc.)?

Are we doomed to be stuck with the stock ECU if we want to legally pass emissions?
