I have engines outnthere with over 100k on them. We just had a DSM engine we built run two 24 hour races with nothing done in between. We are running that one until it blows!

I might have done that but after 40k and not getting a AIT sensor it ran lean so I was kinda "forced" to upgrade

I showed my friend this thread and he's wondering how the bottom end is still good after the detonations and how the piston tops are burned/melted.
