I have WA plates to from being stationed at Lewis. I also have a Washington regristration with a NY address on it and a Texas license. I'm a paperwork nightmare for cops keep those plates as long as you can, they will save your rear

I know you can't see it in the pictures but the entrance door to the shop is like Fort Knox times two. There is literally a solid steel door and then a wrought iron gate with a total of 5 locks securing everything. Trust me nothing is getting stolen out of here.

My guess is its more of a legal thing that many shops have to do, its no diff. than the dyno waiver that we all sign prior to putting the cars on. I have seen them leave their personal cars overnight, so I am not 2worried.

We carry shop insurance just as any other shop should to cover those types of things. As long as your scratch doesn't exceed 100k, you'll be ok.

And as Josh mentioned, getting in this place requires some serious machinery

Fort Knox X 2 = Fort Bragg?

nice! I have a VA license though... I plan to keep the plates forever! Military doesn't have to pay takes, there are no emission tests, and not inspections of any sort

Look into getting a Washington drives license before you leave. If you have a VA license which indicates VA residence, then you are expected to have VA plates and pass VA inspection. Several of our customers from VA could probably fill you in on the details. It's been over 2 years since I lived there.
