Project Pikachu, on the way to Texas and the 200MPH CLUB!
Goliad is big enough for necessary bed, meals, and gas. Victoria is farther though its larger I dont see the need. Is there any update on the project? Hope you keep us posted how things go this weekend.

Yeah it does,,,, Unfortunately preparing a car SAFELY for a mile event is costly, even though the car has been up and running for some time, the costs of undertrays, bracing, fresh brakes/bearings, tires, aero mods etc were just a touch out of the op's budget. We decided to push our venture to the next mile event where the car would be more sound to SAFELY make a run for 200+.
So close, yet so far I guess-- If the car isn't sound for that kind of speed, we would never risk the trip all the way to Texas and back for a potential failure that could of been avoided.
With the next event less than 60days away in May, It's a smarter choice to head out there with "the guns a blazing"!! We'll be able to head out to englishtown for a few shakedowns.
It was tough enough getting registered the first time, but with our communication with Jessica now, our registration should be a dead lock for the second heat.

Over 700miles of break-in,,, Time for the big FIC injectors and a second trip back to the dyno--- Updates over the next few days...
