Fuel System set up??

I want to know if my current set up with work with my new build?

New build 2.4 motor, hta 3586 turbo, kelford 272's ported intake mani and throttle body on speed density.

Will be on 93 and e85 dual map set up.

Looking for 550hp on 93 and 750hp on e85.

Current set up: walbro intank, bosch 044 inline pump, fic high z 2150 injectors, stock fuel rail.

I looked around and couldnt find my set up, just wanted to make sure I have everything needed before I go any further.

Thanks in advance.

he's running 2 fuel pumps already, are you suggesting he needs to run 3 pumps

or are you saying he needs to just switch to twin in-tank pumps only?

I aggree it would be nice to go out and buy the ams set up.
I am looking more along the lines of adding somthing to my current set up to make it work for now until I can save up for a better set up.

And what does a catch can have to do with my fuel set up?

I don't know if your injectors are too big but my tuner said to run twin walbro and 1450cc with e-85.I like your setup though GL!

Well, I can only tell you my personal experience with a similar setup that you have right now.

With two Walbros (one in the tank and one in line), full braided lines to the front, AMS fuel rail and 160lb injectors my car went lean on Buscher's dyno at around 690rwhp on E-85. It was just fine on import VP, but the system just would not move enough fuel on the corn fuel.

So, I put Buscher's double-pumper setup on the car and it completely fixed the problem.

The problem is that an inline pump system just WILL NOT flow the same volume of fuel as an intank double pump setup.

Your setup is fine! The 044 is a much better pump. You do need a regulator, inline fuel filter with -8an lines preferably. Check the filter element in the filter for compatability with e85. Not sure if the stock rail orifice is compatible with the -8an line as well? I just used a custom rail. Btw, my car is set up just as I told u! Good luck.

sounds good, I will look at up grading the lines. I guess its going to be close either way I do it.
I was wondering if the new intank pump they just came out with would make a differerence. detchwerks?

so would the new detch (however you spell it) instead of my current walbro plus my inline 044 be worth the upgrade? or will I still fall short with this set up?
