So, i have recently noticed that im having a pretty bad over boost issue. when i start to build boost real hard, its like the car runs into a wall. If anyone has ever had an IC pipe come off during boost, its a very similar feeling minus the machinegun sound after the "wall" lol. In addition my idle is very random right now. I guess what my question is, is could a bad throttle body shaft seal be the culprit? I talked to a buddy of mine today, (who owns two evos and owns and operates a shop) and he mentioned this may the cause. Any info would be awesome thanks

what would cause that? [note] i need a tune real bad, but the problem is progressivly getting worse. also note that i had an O2 sensor issue for about 3 months and was running excessively rich. is there a possibility that there could be carbon build up in the waste gate causing it to stay closed?
