EVo 8 diverter broken

I ordered a synapse dv but I just found out that my 8 dv is broken. I wont get the synapse till wednesday, but the vacuum nipple on my current dv is broken and i need to drive the car asap. Can i drive the car with the nipple broken, or will i blow something up.

Need help asap.

Definitely wait.

If you read about why turbocharged systems have a BOV, you would see why you definitely don't want to drive the car.

yeah it sucks because I commute to school and need to drive. Driving at low boost would still be dangerous.

You would have to hit absolutely no boost at all...which even when trying is hard to do...

Same thing happened to mine, but I was able to temporarily super glue it back on until the replacement arrived.
