Any chance the chrome part of the front and rear emblem are the same part?

I tried removing the chrome from the front emblem to paint it and broke off one of the diamonds... The rear emblem is much cheaper and I do not need the extra mounting bracket because that is still in perfect shape. Im sure this has happened to someone else...

no they are not the same part, the one on the front has a slight curve to it while the rear is flat

 

they are different in size
