SE Lip Mounting hardware?

I've looked around this forum all day and haven't found my answer, so I'm making a thread about it.

I have an 06 SE that I bought without a lip. Car doesn't have an undertray either, and I'm not too worried about replacing that, at least not yet..down the road I may.

My question is, one of the threads I came across earlier (I should have saved it, I can't find it now) mentioned that the SE lip had two/three extra pieces that attached to it, and I've no idea what these pieces would be. I have an SE lip now (borrowing from a local guy) and it seems to fit just fine with whatever is there, but is there something that I'm not seeing that will be an issue? Or will I be fine buying the SE lip, bolting it up, and be good-to-go?

Thanks!

Take a look at the lip here

If you want to run an undertray, you will need those reinforcements.

Oh, gotcha. So I take it those are the extra pieces people were talking about, in which I wouldn't need (at this point at least) because I don't have an undertray. Awesome, thanks =)
