Ok so it all started out with a rough idle to the car actually stalling out when stopped at lights
Fixed to date replaced icv because my oem one had a low voltage reading, this stopped the car from stalling. Then raised the idle to just about a 1000rpm with the manual screw. Also took apart all the charge piping cleaned the maf and fixed a couple small vacuum leaks after a boost leak test was performed.

Current problem
Now the car idles fine once warm. But the transition from cold start or warm start to full operating temp the car will bouncy between 1100-600rpm when stopped.

Wondering if this could be caused by the egr? I'm running out of places to look.

I should mention the car is bone stock with the exception of a catbac exhaust and evo 9mr bov, 110,000 miles and counting

Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
