get a compression test check for leaks and take out the spark plugs and get a good look at them to see if there is anything wrong with them from possible detonation, just in case

car was a POS, had a MBC hidden under air box, agency power pullies, 3 inch TBE, front and rear bumpers painted. interior was clean LOL

I was too going to add, look at the motor mount bolts you can almost always tell if they have been taken out of the car. They will have wrench marks.

I don't think that makes it a POS. slightly less valuable yes. but still looks pretty nice. as long as it mechanically checks out.

I was just going to say it totally didn't look stock based on the photos. Finding a stock unmolested IX RS, is pretty hard to do since there were only 348 in North America. The majority purchased being used as race/drag/rally cars and many of which were probably totaled by now as well. Good luck with the search!

not for nothing they were asking 20,999, after taxes and what not you probably would of been spending close to 25k on this car... you can definitely find a better deal on here... by a reputable seller of course... good luck.
