How do you drain the oil inside the oil cooler?

How do you drain the oil inside the oil cooler?
Just had my oil change. Do you still have to drain the oil inside the OIL COOLER?

It's a good idea to drain the cooler. Just undo one (or both) of the lines running to/from the cooler and lower them towards your drain pan.
