does anybody on here know where i can buy bulk quantities of exhaust flanges? im going to be starting my own buisness pretty soon here hopefully, and i need to know of some good places to buy bulk quantities of exhaust flanges. i have suppliers for all of the other steel and alluminum i need but dont know of any good companys for purchasing the flanges. nor do i have access to any CNC mills to cut them out myself.

if anybody has any input it would be greatly appreciated!

anyways for any of you that are curious, i will be starting my own custom welding and fabrication shop. if anybody needs anything made such as steel/alluminum turbo manifolds, oil catch cans, strut braces, tie bars or anything that you can possibly think of let me know! while my welding experience is limited and still progressing, i have a professional cerified welder that has been welding for 30+ years, and his welds and experience are as good as it gets. no offence towards RRM but theyre welds are garbage as well as a lot of theyre designs. I promise myself and everybody else that i will never sell a manifold with welds like theyres. I will post up pics tomorrow of some of the things we have welded to show you the quality of the welds that will be on the manifolds, strut bars, etc.

my plan is to produce very high quality custom manifolds and car parts at a fraction of the price. i know that where i live there is maybe 2 guys that are custom fabricators, and theyre prices are mad rediculous! like $700-$800 for a custom top mount turbo mani. im trying to make the same if not better quality manifolds at half the price.

although my goal is to start out making custom manifolds/parts, my long term goal is to start mass producing manifolds/parts as well fabricating custom manifolds/parts
