ok so long story short, i was installing radio, got everything installed it didnt work so i realized i blew the 10 amp fuse, changed it and it worked fine. then i realized that i blew a parking light fuse. so i changed that too. But heres the weird part, when i have the lights fully off the parking light and rear backs lights and such stay on, as if the parking lights were on. then when i switch to parking lights on they just get brighter, and headlights work. SO theres no off now.

that might explain it because the day before that i washed my engine bay but i thought it was very wierd that it happened right after the radio fuse blew after tocuhing the wires behind the radio.
