Your local mitsubishi dealership parts manager should be able to get this info for you and order the part. A part like this shouldn't cost too much either and would probably be easier to order from the dealer. It's usually a 3 day turn around from ordering to receiving the part in the US.

 

Go to Mitsubishiparts.net and they should have an exploded diagram on the turbo assembly with parts numbers and you can also order right then and there and have it shipped to your door.
