Would ported, polished, & coated stock manifolds be able to withstand a light form of anti-lag without meltdown or would after market non-cast manifolds be necessary?

Performance is how I would go. Once you get the car kicking everythings *** on the streets/track then you can go and do show work lol.

Not sure if this help but that ams f1 is kinda over kill right now. The thing you need to think about it how much more power are you going to want to make later on. if after you get your bumper are you going to want to make big power then you may as well keep is so you dont rebuy it

I say power first, looks second. The Evo looks great even stock so I would put it all into performance and let everyone looking at the outside of the car think it's 100% bone stock... then surprise them.

I agree with this but the thing is, you don't necessarily need that manifold to keep the power u have. I bet if you put the stock back on you wouldn't sacrifice much power, and you would most likely gain a bit of spool. I wont say that mani is overkill for ur setup, but its also not giving u huge gains either. You also have account for everything involved in swapping the mani out...not sure if u do ur own labor, but the intake mani swap is kind of a pain. You prob need a retune if u switch back to the stock mani too...so depending on what you would need to pay for in regards to swapping the mani (parts, labor, tuning), the decision may not be too economically sound.

Intake mani doesn't seem like a overkill for my set-up,i would do a conservative tune on it.I have the dyno sheets for comparison,AMS PERFORMANCE dynoed my car. I saw 50whp gain from when i had the turbo kit tuned. I just really want the jdm bumper

Intake manifolds are not effected by antilag all the destructive forces are captured in the turbo's hot side.
