Help - Breaking Up Issue

I swapped out my plugs the other day as I run E85 and they need to be swapped much more frequent, the car ran perfect again but then when I got around to doing a full pull on it I am now breaking up and I dont understand why since nothing else was changed...

Does anyone have any ideas why this would happen but not happen when driving spiritedly but not winding it out and mashing it?

Also, when I pulled the last set of plugs out the tip of one was completely missing... i hope that something isnt totally fudged like smahing the part that broke up and now causing an uneven burn surface in the chamber... turbo is perfect btw...

lmk what else you would need to know.

thanks!

IX spark plug options FTL.

Throw the plugs in a bench vice and gap them with a pair of pliers and a feeler gauge. Be very careful not to crush the source electrode or the plug's worthless. What to gap it to, that I can't tell you for sure, as my knowledge is limited to copper plugs on the VIII. My guess, based on them being an iridium plug, would be .021-.022 (no idea if the stock gap differs from the VIII), but seriously seriously get a second opinion on that. What boost/turbo and ignition system are you running?
