My ECU is locked can someone help?

My ECU is locked can someone help?
I'm pretty pissed. I don't understand why people do it! I have a tactrix cable and evoscan, is there a way for me to unlock it or does anyone know how to? Tuners or dealers please chime in!
You need to download ecuflash ecu unlocker. Run it while running ecuflash, turn it on before you turn on ecuflash.

Edit: I know who tuned it but I'm the 3rd owner of the car and I have no idea if it was Ecutek or not. The original tuner is about 1600 miles from me. I drove the car 20 hours home to where I live :-/

Yeah I know I need to. The ecu unlocker wouldnt open on my computer for some reason so I have to try a different laptop sigh...

Please post when you do figure out how to unlock, I don't know if mine is locked yet but I will be logging soon.
