If your subframe is not tearing and you have the manual then keep the M3.

The gearing and trim level is much better IMO, and the torque of the I6 is tough to beat on the street with that gearing.

If you have the SMG, get rid of it and get the Evo.

BTW, how did the paint correction come out?

I had an Audi S4 before the Evo and 3 other Audi's prior to that one. At first I missed the Audi luxury but the faster the Evo gets the more I forget about the luxury.

How many would think it would be dumb to get back into a evo after a having a m3??I'm I making a dumb choice?{,s I miss the power so much I had 560 whp on pump gas}.

All I will say is this... Peep my sig.

Oh yeah, and just bought another IX Friday! Flew out to Chicago and drove it back to Mass the next day. Will post pics tmw. Completely stock and could not be happier. The M3 was my dream car, it is the Ultimate Driving Machine, until you have driven an Evo!

I say, go for it! Granted I miss the looks and stares from the M3, but those don't pay the monthly note, nor does it make up for the finest driving experience I've ever had! I honestly couldn't be happier.

Id say go back to the evo. Much more bang for your buck. If you ever want to do serious upgrades to the m3 it will cost a small fortune.

BMW's are the best built cars, had a DINAN M5 collected 12 DINAN points from stock. Great high speed cars the M series but BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got rid of that super expensive to mod and only 2 horsepower for every $2k mod ARE YOU SERIOUS?
**** those cars bro, your crazy for trying to upgrade, because you downgraded in performance.
had to vent on your mistake.

Well from having both car's the quality on the m3 is great, and the evo is a shoebox when compared..I have to admit if had plenty of high end cars ,and the evo is king for performance..I think this time ,I might got a x and hit 400 whp daily.I agree about the 4k for a mod on the m and only getting 2 whp, best mod for the m is headers.

p.s I don't buy automatics or smg tranny's pure crap.

the rear diff makes a huge difference, 6th is like 5th and so on
$4k upgrade plus labor , it was the best mod I made.

a 400whp= almost 500hp EVO X would be perfect on the streets, just dont make her to loud.

Well I already had a560 whp on pump gas with 30 psi and low * maybe around 10 or so..%00 whp on a x will need to upgrade the block if not kaboom, the x block id weaker then the 9..My 9 was like bullet prove never had a issue,O yeah just a battery and a 25 cents fuel pump fuse,,

Can't live with it and can't live with out it. Evos are like women. You'll miss it once they are gone. Go back to your quest for speed.
