Evolution vs 350Z/Non GT-R Skyline
If the evo comes with all of its hp in tact, the 350z will be beaten in both a straight line and at the track/autox. If it doesn't, the 350z will win in a straight line, but probably lose at the track/autox. But we wont really know until the cars actually come out will we?

The Evo at best will have 270. Just to inform you all. The 350Z will have the 4Piston Brembos also found on the Evo and Sti.
I've got to admit...at least the new Z car is guaranteed to be coming here (check nissandriven.com) and the Track level trim is amazing. All the goodies you could want for a serious car you want to compete with, wherever that may be. The power level is very nice and comes with enough suspension and handling tidbits built in to keep any enthusiast happy. The problem with it to me seems to be price and weight. Now with the Evo, there are few guarantees about the car, and I will not speculate here about it, but from what we know, the Z looks to be a competitor. Tack on twin turbos to the Z to make it a GT-R wannabe (if not a full blown GT-R sans the AWD, like some of the R32's) and you've got one hell of a machine.
