Underbrace bar

So I scraped a big speed bump at a bad angle and it bent both my underbrace bars. The speed bumper was unavoidable. Anyways, I need to get them off. I was just wondering if these make a huge difference in stiffness. I'm going tracking on the 11th and doubt I can get a replacement by then. What would be a good replacement for it? Sorry I only have a crappy blackberry picture of the damage...but as you can see it was a yellow speed bump

There are decent ones out there that are reasonable price. The below are made by GT Spec and Ive had these for years.

^ thanks for pics! I'll look into them. So I'm assuming it's not that big of a deal to track without it?

Most say they make no difference. Including my suspension tuner. However I run an hks kansai service brace. It's basically the same as the gt spec bar posted above except both bars are integrated into one. The car felt stiffer going up driveways and speed bumps at angles. But it all seems objective to the driver. You'll be fine without them, but if your worried most any aftermarket bar will bolt right up and do the trick.

I would just leave the bent bars on there, they are not worth the price for replacement.

As I recall the holes are slotted so you might release and tighten the bolts so it isn't changing alignment. Otherwise, yeah, at least for now, good to go.
