broke my evo :(

broke my evo :(

went to the track friday and on my 4th pass i pretty much destroyed my front and center diff oops lol

Did the exact same thing on my 7 a couple years ago except mine was the 2nd pass lol. How did yours go? Mine went at about 40kph in 1st gear just heard a clunk then lost all drive.

Yeah i'd say you pretty much destroyed it lol. Sucks that it happened though. Might as well take the chance to upgrade.

Ouch... Just more battle wounds for the Evo community. I still have my exterior wounds from 2008 playing around in the dirt in Cali. Hope you get her back up and running soon!

at first it was set to 5500 and it wheel hopped then we raised it to 6000 and it was better than we went to 6500 and someone else took a pass in my car and it was fine and then when i went at 6500 this is what happened haha it was honestly mostly my fault, i was used to launching on my stage 2 clutch and this was my first time ever launchin on a twin disk so i accidently dumped it because im not used to it catching as quick as my old one, you live and you learn lol

Bummer! Did the exact same thing, got about 3 feet but mine happened on the wheel hop! I hate to say it to launch these things hard the clutch has to burn a little! Goodluck with the rebuild!
