What causes the po300 code?

What are the know causes that would throw a po300 random misfire code? I had the ghost code when I first got my car 5 years ago with bolt ons. Then i went bigger turbo injectors ect, with a new tune and never had a problem since. Ok years go by, still have the same set up and tune but now I have po300 code back and it won't go away. I can clear it and it comes right back. I checked all vac lines even all the hard to get to ones going to and from the egr and every thing was good, and replaced my spark plugs. Before I get a retune what else could cause that code? O2 sensor, bad injector or anything like that?
