Evo IX

Hello, I'm new on the forum, I just wanted to ask you something - I heard that stopped the production of Lancer Evolution and now you can find ONLY used cars, is that true?

You mean all those evos (iX) you see on the market (used/unused) are from 2006?

P.S. So that means in 2-3 years EVO's will be completely gone?

They started producing the X in 2007 if I'm not mistaken...

There are still brand 2011 Evo X's for sale. The X came out in 2008, didn't have a 2009 model, then came back out with the 2010 and current 2011. You won't find any brand new IX's but I think Southcoast Mitsubishi in Southern California had a few brand new IX's they stored away and last I checked they were trying to sell them with a $10k+ markup.

If you're in Bulgaria, you probably have access to '07 Evo IXs, as well.

We'll see a sizable decrease within the next 4-5 years, that's for sure.

I'm trying hard not to flame, but this is wack.

It would take <.1 second to find out what years IX's were in production.
It would also take less than a minute to go to mitsu's site and see that X's are still in production, and locate a car.

The wiki entry for Evo's will tell you a ton of info on Evo production.

So either pure laziness is at work here or straight-up trolling. IBTL.
