Quick question.
So a while back i had some boost issues, well i ended up replacing the boost control solenoid, that helped a bit, but still was only hitting 15psi. so i was told to adjust the wastegate actuator, well i did that but for it to hit around 18-20psi the actuator rod is turned all the way in. There are no threads left to go any farther in.
If anyone could post up a picture of what theirs looks like and about where the fitting on the rod is.
It seems like it shouldnt be this far down.(the jam nut is tightened all the way and the fitting is tight against that.) I will get a picture soon when the weather clears up.

Just a hunch I would boostleak test your car before you start changing things that may not even cause an issue with your boost. Sounds like you got a boostleak make a boostleak tester with tbolt clamps trust me youll thank me later
i know you got a new bcs but are the lines to the wastegate stock? and are you using a boost controller? if not your just running wastegate pressure. the stock lines have a little boost pill in them

Boost leak test, spray all areas with soapy water or windex, couplings/ t bolts, injector o rings, TB shaft o rings, Tb gasket area, intake manifold gasket area, j pipe where it bolts to the turbo, etc...
