The pit I am looking after has some long sharp nails. I'm always scared it may tear a hole in my seat. I do use a towel, but the damn dog seems to roll it up towards the backrest, exposing the seat.

No shedding, no problem.

However, my golden lab doesn't stand a chance at getting into my evo. My old lancer had more lab hair than cloth in the upholstery.

I take my Yorkie around in my X. He has a hard time sitting still though.

My dogs sometimes take the Evo for quick trips to the Vet and back.

I don't normally "cruise" with them since I have a 4x4 Escape they can happily ride in. The Evo is a little less dog friendly with leather and black interior, but they still manage to get rides here and there.

I've yet to have any serious hair problem. Border collie-lab mix, and a Staffordshire bull terrier (looks like a pit but it's an english breed).

Jerry loves the evo!

I have a monster blanket that I tuck all around the rear seat. There's not much you can do except get a very powerful vacuum.

i have a 60 lb Lab-Bull, about a medium size dog i usually let him ride in the front passenger but never a hair problem, usually there will be a few pieces of grass or a little dirt, but i never have noticed hair. and most in of the time when he does come in the car , for some reason he wants to go and sit on my lap when we drive home from my folks house. idk why but thats what he does lol

Yorkies FTW, no shedding and small... I put dude in the back seat so he can run back and forth to look out each window... I just hate cleaning his nose slobber off of the windows when we get home...

A pic of my 13 week old blue nose going cruising. I honestly think he likes boost. He barks at me when he wants me to gun it. Then he gets all excited lulz.

FYI You MIGHT want to put a blanket down. I swear my husky used to leave fur bombs all over my car. Can be driving windows down, and that SH** just starts flying around everywhere. I have a pic of my husky in my car. Will have to go find it and post another pic up.

Used to use blankets but my lab kicked them off in minutes and went back to shedding and slobbing on my seats. Just invested in one of those infomercial doggy hammocks that lock into your headrests. Definitely worth the 30 bucks to not have to deal with vacuuming the car out every time chuck goes for a spin in the evo
