went to the used dealership today
To check out a used white evo that I saw on the lot. I had just come from test driving a STI and was antsy to possibly drive the EVO. I'm a diehard
fan but have yet been able to test drive the EVO anywhere and i've been pretty much sold on it since the EVOIV. With that said, I just wanted to see if I could get a STI test drive for the hell of it and i've also driven the new Z. So anyway, I get to this $hitH0le dealership out in the boonies and see her sitting there in all her 271hp AWD glory
. She was white, clean, had a carbon fiber spoiler, but no sticker on it. I was really curious how much the car was going for. The car was sitting right in front of the dealer's office. I glanced through the window and noticed 3 or 4 salesmen sitting at their desk, not paying any attention to me. I walked around her several times, waiting for one of the vultures to come out. I waited and waited, suprisingly none came out to help. Waved at one for help but they weren't interested in my business. They must have profiled me as a lost highschooler and thought i wasn't serious. I'll be 20 next week but I get that :wtf are you doing here look: a lot at dealerships
So when I got home earlier I went to their website and I'm glad I didn't waste my time any further after seeing their ad:
5-Speed-Turbo 4cyl.-Enkei Wheels-Recar Racing Seats-Carbon Fiber Spoiler-Am/Fm/CD-HID Lights
6,438 Miles
$28,995
For that price you'd think it would be new

remember that a dealer will always try to get as much as they can on any car . Some dealers are selling the car new for under 30k and even 29k , and even doh they are selling them for that price some have on the sticker windows mark ups .
did u drive a car in or walk in? they give u a serious look when u drive ur car in. I went into the dealership NOT serious at all. My hair was all messed up. Clothes were very untidy, just woke up kind of look. Well, it was because I really just woke up. Said either $10Gs down or full payment but lock her up until my father comes to the US for a business trip so my insurance rates will be cheaper. They took me pretty serious. I only placed $1000 down.
EDIT: plus $9000 down in 2weeks. BTW, just spit out a price to the dealers. If it's not good, there are many more mitsu dealers. Just walk out. Leave them ur # if they ask. If not, forget them.
