clutch?

I am currently having this issue where it is hard to get into an initial from a stand still, but once I am in gear already, all the other gears go in just fine. also when trying to get into gear from a stand still, u can feel the car kind of move forward?

Would this be a sign of my clutch going bad?

I am looking to make no more than 300whp, so what would be a decent clutch to get which would be comfortable for daily driving?

What kind of car and how many miles? Try checking the master and slave cylinders first.

I have this problem too, sometimes it is a lot easier that others but reverse and first can be difficult sometimes. Let me know if you figure it out!

sounds like your clutch is not fully disengaged, when you do have it in gear with the clutch all the way in are the rpms lower than in neutral with the clutch in? if so, then the clutch is dragging. You've probably warped the pressure plate from launching it to hard. Time for $$$$ Enjoy

good clutch for that power level would be the stock one.

no my rpms arent lower than in neutral when my clutch is in.. i have no other signs of a bad clutch except for the getting into gear from a stand still sometimes.. it is probably my clutch. in the process of looking for a new clutch
