I wanted your guys opinion on the front lip...is it worth getting that thing repainted if the car is your DD? My concern is I pay $400 or so to have it sanded and repainted only to have the same crap happen to it again over the next year or so....keeping the car "nice" would end up being a costly venture in that regard.
I replaced the front lip with an APR carbon fiber front air dam. I love how it looks and it actually provides front end downforce. Eventually I will have a big carbon fiber splitter added to it with stays mounted to the chassis and canards.

Steering wheel. The leather looks like it's starting to peel up from the underlying stucture of the wheel. I probably need to just take the steering wheel off and try to glue it back down.

Edit:

My front end is fairly beat up too, but I put a lot of miles on my car so that's to be expected. It's kind of annoying though since the whole car was repainted in Oct 09. I've put 30K miles on the car since March, 09 and I was deployed for 14 months of that time if you count JRTC. And another 1.5 months I was away for other things.

My god does everyone drive right on other peoples rear end or something? Even on my old EVO, I never got rock chips besides from tracking it, and same for the new car. I'm paranoid about driving to close behind people for that very reason. Looks like I'll continue to do so too lol.

It's all from road racing... it chips the hell out of the paint. The paint is very thin.

Well at least it's for a good cause! I'm in the SAME boat as you, the only chips I picked up since having the car came from lapping days and playing chase.

I'd have to say the interior/wing. The interior is worn and I'll eventually replace the seats and what I can and the wing has some oxidation..

At 62k, front lip, paint on mesh, window tints, left side of driver seat when you get in and out, armrest, and driver side floor mat. Everything else is pretty much new.

Where did you get the APR carbon fiber front air dam? I'd love to see your car in person. I live in Pasadena, MD!
