Here's the line up for the UK (on sale from April 2004):

Evolution VIII 260 £23,999 <--- basically the US version
Evolution VIII MR 280 £27,999
Evolution VIII MR FQ-300 £29,999
Evolution VIII MR FQ-330 TBA

Carpages Link

Don't know whether this applies to the rest of Europe though.

Dont forget about AYC and ACD, which are not in US ver., but are in European versions. So thats why there is such a price diff.
Also U dont have to buy MR to get ****in Quick packages.

Yep they still have the VII in mainland Europe (for a very short time longer). Hell, if I lived in Europe, I'd find a nice Evo VI TME or Evo VI RS Sprint.

DAMN. VII is my dream car. I wanna send money to my aunt in Germany to get myself one, though I'll never drive it except there, or find a way to get it here which will be a royal pissoff.

GAH Decisions decisions! @_@ lol

So the dealer's would prob. stop reciving new shipments after they get the VIII's there most likey, right?
