MR Tranny question
I'm not going to re-state what everyone has already, but I absolutely loved my 6speed. It was so smooth. Much better daily than the 5speed. Hell I even rebuilt my 6speed 2 times before I decided I was sick of fixing broken trannys. lol Again under 400 they tend to hold up pretty well. I don't recommend doing launches on them though.

haha, I probably have over 150 launches with my 2 step set between 6000-6300 in my 6 spd!
PM me with details sir...
I don't have much to add accept it's all with what you want to do with it. If some light modifications are in your future and you won't see over 400tq, and rarely ever launch it, you'll be fine. The 6 is a much nicer shifting trans, and has a little higher gear ratio that helps alot with the highway drone if you have a loud exaust too.
Personally, 6-speed or not, don't let that sway your decision if you don't have any lofty goals. It's more important that you found a DAMN NEAR STOCK car. Just that alone is work serisously looking at it.

BJ I'll send you the info on the Tranny.

Thanks for all the input guys, going to look at the car in 2 days, I'll be sure to post any questions about things I hear, see or am just worried about for some more feedback.
