I have bought and payīd a Ohlins Suspension 3 Weeks ago from Gruppe S engineering. At the time the suspension donīt arrived and they donīt write me back?? Can anybody help me?

ok let me rephrase......I've never had am issue with anything ive ordered from them

 

when i bought my Ohlins R/T DFVs from Gruppe-S 4 months back, it took about 2-3 weeks for them to arrive, which i feel is reasonable because i was told they were to order and i'm in Canada. the communication was good and i was given a terrific price (the lowest i've seen from various vendors) so i have nothing but good things to say about Andrew/Gruppe-S
