General disclaimer

I certainly don't want to run afoul of any corporate lurkers so I'm taking this opportunity to protect myself by publicly disclaiming.

Attn: I AM A LAMER! IT'S PROVEN WITH MY DISCLAIMER! THIS DISCLAIMER PROTECTS ME FROM ALL CIVIL, CRIMINAL AND EXTRATERRESTRIAL CLAIMS. NO BUSINESS OR GOVERNMENT AGENCY CAN DENY ANY CLAIM I MAKE BASED ON ANY MODIFICATIONS TO MY BRAIN OR MY POSTINGS ON ANY WEBSITE! I KNOW THIS WORKS BECAUSE THERE ARE SO MANY DOING IT THAT AUTOMATICALLY MAKES IT REAL! IF REQUIRED I WILL CHANGE MY LAMER DISCLAIMER FROM THE OLD TEXT TO NEW TEXT JUST SO I'LL BE A NEW AND IMPROVED LAMER! NO MATTER WHICH LAMER DISCLAIMER I USE I'M STILL PROTECTED AND CAN WARRANT ANYTHING ANYWHERE REGARDLESS OF WHAT I'VE DONE.

Disclaimer: All Mitsubishi corporate employees, Mitsubishi dealerships, Mitsubishi service personnel or employees, family, friends, or acquaintances thereof: This in no way constitutes an admission or acknowledgement of tampering, modification, usage, or alteration of any vehicle in my posession or component thereof in such a fashion as to void, cancel, deny or otherwise refuse service on any service contracts, warrantees, or recall notices covering said vehicles. This and other posts submitted on this, or any Internet forum, under the screenname joeycoates simply represent an attempt to gain acceptance from a peer group espousing cars of a high performance nature - especially those that have been altered to improve, enhance, or otherwise modify the automobile's natural characteristics. Any statements, claims, or graphical representations made that would constitute a violation of any contractual agreement are to be considered fictitious and not to be accepted in any court of law, or similar environment mediated for the purpose of dispute resolution.

Attn Mitsubishi: Any and all modifications to my vehicle are equal or higher in quality and performance to those that were provided stock. As such under Title 15 Chapter 50 of U.S. Code (aka the Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975) particularly Section 2302(c) Mitsubishi must honor the warranty as provided with the car. Any refusal of service must be accompanied by absolute proof that an aftermarket component was the cause of any failure in the OEM materials. Failure to adhere to the letter and spirit of the law will result in prompt legal action against Mitsubishi and/or their authorized dealer.
