Fuse Panel Connector

What does this connector do? I just bought this evo the other day and found this unplugged when trying to figure out why my rear blinker wasnt working? Plugged it in and now the blinker works.

Just wondering if there was some reason the owner left it unplugged, car starts up fine and everything afterwards and I have see no negative change yet.

I searched and couldnt find what the connector controls.

Thanks

Most likely had a turbo timer or other electronics wired in previously. When dropping the lower panel their, u need to unplug that connector iirc. If everythings working normally, I probably wouldn't sweat it too much.
