It's better to get 2 or 3 gauges, as you need the Defi control unit to operate any and all the gauges. The control unit itself is $105, and gauges start at $205 each. The CU allows playback, peak-hold, etc. For your car, perhaps boost, exhaust gas temperature and oil pressure.

no they don't need the control box. jesus guys he is asking about the defi D-gauge. they are orange backlight, they do not need the control box and you can try AMS and see if they have any or EDO which is the defi distributer. i swear to god i sometimes feel like people either don't read, don't listen or just don't care.

 

thanks for the great info- i though the D series didnt need it..and i though it was 100-120 heh..

when u mention the 200+ each i thought youre talkin bout the BF? the expensive but nice gauges...heh

I just installed my D-gauge.

It's stand-alone, (No control box or sensor) but it needs vacuum tubing from the gauge to the engine room.

Its backlight is orange, and the needle is red, it's very easy to read at night, and the brightness is about right. It also looks good with stock instrument cluster light. It also has psi unit.

Well, my friend's digital camera has wrong time, though.
