An Evolution is a road-warrior's car and should have the correct music to go along with it. Not sure about Dub, electronic, or techno (though I'm a big fan) but either hard rock music, or anything Japanese (i.e. L'arc en Ciel, Ayumi Hamasaki, Kinky Kids, etc) to emphasis how JDM the car is.
