JDM evo 9 bumper parts

Im ordering a jdm evo 9 bumper and tow cover, do i also need the reinforcement and plate bracket or do i just make my own bracket? Im only interested in mounting a plate, i dont care about not having a bumper beam. Thanks!

If you want to make it bolt-on easy, you can always get a rear crash beam made for the JDM bumpers.

They're pricey but they make the install a bit easier. Plus, I don't like the idea of not having a beam there in case someone rear ends me.
