Is there fuel pressure with the key in the run position with out being started. I have no fuel flow in the run position, only start position when car is not running

What problem are you actually having here that leads you to pose this question?

Do you not have fuel pressure in the "run" position, or do you not have fuel FLOW in the run position?

No fuel flow or pressure in the run position. Car will not start so can't check flow and pressure in run position. Has flow in start position, but gages are digital so it won't read in start position

Dude you're killing me. I don't have my dang manual in front of me to check so forgive me if I'm asking you a few questions to try and figure your problem out.

If your car won't start, and you aren't getting pressure in the run position, you should probably start... oh I don't know... with checking things associated with pressurizing the fuel system?

Jeeze man.

Yes the pump should prime when keyed on. Can you hear your fuel pump? Got gas in the car? Fuses good?
