problem with my hvac

hey all,
Recently i finished my double din kit and relocated the hvac. After I put everything back in place, it seems like the right knob (controls the air flow/direction) doesn't fully turn... I also noticed that I cannot get the heater to run although the left knob (temperature) does work. This happened to anyone who did the hvac relocation? its getting cold already. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

The knob has a certain travel. The lever on the heater box has a certain travel. The two have to match when you connect the cable.

The knobs are connected using a cabling system not unlike a bicycle. If you relocated it, and never actually disconnected the housing, you MAY have the housing in a position where its causing it to bind. I would suggest opening it back up and looking at how you have the cables running, and go from there.
