And yes, like most of you said, there are plenty of people with bikes that don't/cannot ride them to their full potential.

I believe in an old thread it was determined round 500 wheel. But for 1000 you need at least 700 to properly takem down

*edit Just noticed you have a 35r, you wont beat one on pump gas but if you turn up the boost on a racegas tune you will be able to. I had a 35r and would eat 600s up all day.
I should be right around 500whp next week on pump (getting tuned), so I will have to test it out. I have a couple friends that are very good riders.

I can tell you right now that most riders on the street aren't gonna run magazine times. It's a lot harder to launch a bike than it is a car. Trust me I know. I drive a '07 Hayabusa and I've only been to the track once and my best pass was 10.8@132mph. My buddy on his mildly modded CBR 600rr ran 11.8@117. So I'd say an EVO in the 400whp + range should be able to surprise 600s on the street. Especially off a stop light. That means stock turbo Evos as well.

FYI being a good rider in the curves and being a good rider in a drag race is two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT types of riding on a bike.

90% of bike riders don't really drag race.

A few years ago on a closed course I rolled with my buddy on his '06 600RR when I had my Evo and we were side by side. It was making 410ish here on our Mustang dyno w/ 94 octane at the time. On C-16 it made 502 and I used to run mid-high 10's side by side a '06 Gixxer 750 at the track.

Yeah, you would have to be seriously handicapped to not be able to roll race a bike.

I ride a '08 1000RR and it'll do damn near 100 in first. She stands up on command for sure.
